Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our made-to-order and limited-quantity items, and for sanitation/hygiene purposes, All sales are final except for defective items. Defective items have a 30-day return window. No sizing exchanges.

Defective items: Contact us within the 30-day window at Pharr2trendy@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the defect.

Refunds (where applicable) are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
