Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our made-to-order and limited-quantity items, and for sanitation/hygiene purposes, all sales are final unless the package is damaged upon arrival.

First-time customers are eligible for a one-time exchange to ensure the correct size. To qualify:

  • Items must be in original, unopened packaging — tamper-free and smell-free
  • Contact us at Pharr2trendy@gmail.com with your order number to initiate
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
  • No restocking fee
  • Upon inspection, store credit will be issued within 10 business days

Damaged orders: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at Pharr2trendy@gmail.com with photos of the damage.

Refunds (where applicable) are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
